Google Apps in CMS

CMS partnered with Google Apps for Education to further its vision of providing ‘current’ education with help of technology. This program aims institutionalizes the email where all staff (and eventually students) will have access to Gmail, unlimited space in cloud via Google Drive which helps in sharing and collaborating of files easier, Calendar to manage events, meetings, sessions etc and many other Applications.

The program was launched in CMS on 20th December 2014 and every staff member was given an email id to help them in communicating and sharing of information. The Elearning Department is responsible for training staff members in using these Apps. One of the application which we will be using in CMS is Google Classroom which will help to disseminate information, assignments, supporting study materials easily and speedily. On 21st September 2015, a decision was taken by the Management to create 2 Google Classrooms in each campus. For more information and updates regarding this project Contact Us .
